Ashlee Hossack

Dr. Ashlee Hossack is an Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering at the University of New Brunswick. She holds a Ph.D. and B.Sc.E. in Civil Engineering from UNB, along with a Technology Management and Entrepreneurship Diploma.

Her research specializes in concrete materials and infrastructure durability, focusing on alkali-silica reaction prevention, sulfate attack mitigation, and sustainable construction practices. She teaches courses including Materials for Civil Engineers and Concrete Technology.

Dr. Hossack serves on multiple technical committees including CSA standards committees for concrete materials and testing, ACI committees on concrete durability, and ASTM committees. She maintains professional affiliations with APEGNB, Engineers Nova Scotia, American Concrete Institute, and Canadian Dam Association.
