Professor Arunangsu Chatterjee is the Dean of Digital Transformation and Professor of Digital Health and Education at the University of Leeds. He leads the University’s Digital Transformation strategy, focusing on digital education, research, and operations. He holds academic responsibilities in the School of Medicine within the Faculty of Medicine and Health, contributing to research institutes like the Leeds Institute of Health Sciences and Leeds Institute of Medical Education. He serves as Vice Chair and non-executive director for the West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (WY ICB), overseeing a £5bn budget with a focus on finance, digital, performance, and transformation.

His research interests span digital health and education technologies, healthy ageing, and innovation ecosystems. He explores how digital innovations enhance capacity in healthcare and education sectors, addressing challenges in technology adoption and cultural dynamics.
