Arne Dulsrud is a Research Professor at OsloMet - storbyuniversitetet, affiliated with the Centre for Welfare and Labour Research – Consumption Research Norway. His work focuses on consumer behavior, food systems, and digital transformation of retailing, with particular attention to sustainability and social implications of consumption patterns.
