Dr. Arash Sahraei is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Ottawa, specializing in structural mechanics and finite element analysis. He holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Ottawa (2017) and has postdoctoral experience through a CRD Fellowship with S-Frame Software Inc., contributing to software development for structural analysis. His professional career includes roles at Adjeleian Allen Rubeli (AAR) and WSP Canada Inc., where he worked on high-rise structures and the Rehabilitation of Parliament of Canada project.
