Aradhana Cherupara Vadekkethil is the Lord and Lady McNair Early Career Fellow in Law at Somerville College, Oxford, teaching Criminal, Constitutional, and Tort Law. She serves as Director of Policy Submissions at the Oxford Human Rights Hub.
Education: BCL, MPhil, and DPhil from University of Oxford; LLB from National Law University, Delhi.
Research interests focus on criminal adjudication processes, sentencing frameworks, and the application of intersectionality theory in human rights contexts.
Awards recognize her contributions to criminal evidence scholarship and doctoral research excellence.
