Aparna Samaraweera is a Lecturer at UniSA STEM, University of South Australia. She is actively involved in research related to construction project culture, organizational learning in public sectors, offsite construction supply chain resilience, and Building Information Modelling (BIM). Her research has also explored mental well-being of construction workers, particularly in the Australian context.
