Dr. Ali M. Saad is a Lecturer in Construction Engineering and Project Management, specializing in Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), digital transformation, and BIM-based technologies. He holds a PhD, MSc, and BSc in related fields. His research focuses on advancing digital literacy, innovation adoption, and sustainable practices in construction.
His expertise spans strategic project management, offsite construction, and the role of psychology in construction decision-making. Recent projects include investigating digital leadership frameworks for Construction 4.0 and analyzing public sector barriers to MMC adoption. He has also explored RAAC lifecycle impacts and Metaverse applications in construction education.
Key research outputs include studies on BIM plugins for sustainability diagnostics, public client behavior toward innovation, and RAAC structural durability. His work bridges academic inquiry with industry needs, addressing challenges like carbon reduction in construction and digital tool adoption barriers.
