Sara Rashidian

Dr Sara Rashidian is an Associate Lecturer in the School of Architecture & Built Environment at Queensland University of Technology (QUT), specializing in construction management and stakeholder collaboration. Her research focuses on Lean Construction, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), Building Information Modelling (BIM), and Construction 4.0 innovations. She developed an integrated BIM-IPD-Lean framework and a maturity model to assess organizational capabilities in adopting these methods. Her work also addresses regulatory reform for offsite construction and safety management in Industry 4.0 environments.
