Antonio Nicolo is Professor of Economics at University of Manchester and University of Padova, and President of the Association of Southern European Economic Theorists. His research applies mechanism design and game theory to political economy, social choice, and resource allocation problems.
Recent work examines corruption dynamics and conflict resolution. His kidney exchange program design influenced healthcare policy in Italy.
