Annika Wallin is an Associate Professor and Senior Lecturer in Cognitive Science at the Department of Philosophy, Lund University. She is affiliated with the Centre for Retail Research and the eSSENCE collaboration. Her research focuses on decision-making processes in everyday life, combining empirical methods with theoretical analysis. She explores how normative and descriptive models of decision-making interact, particularly in healthcare, consumer behavior, and environmental contexts. Wallin has contributed to understanding visual attention in consumer choices and the role of proven experience in medical decision-making.
