Annesha Makhal is a Lecturer in Marketing and Advertising at Coventry University’s CBL School of Management. She holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of Otago (2020), alongside an MSc in Marketing and a B.Com (Honours) in Marketing. Her research focuses on consumer behaviour, sustainability, and food waste reduction, particularly through the lens of consumer socialisation and SDG 12.
