Dr. Goodman has directed MGH's Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship Program (1998–2016) and serves on ethics committees and disaster response teams, including the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative.
Her awards include fellowships from leading medical societies, and her global work addresses cervical cancer prevention in low-resource settings and maternal health among refugees. Dr. Goodman actively advocates for equitable healthcare access, particularly for underserved groups such as migrant populations and victims of gender-based violence.
