Dr. Anne Rainville is an Assistant Professor at the Copernicus Institute of Sustainable Development, Utrecht University, specializing in Innovation Studies. Her research focuses on the interplay between governments and markets, particularly how demand-side mechanisms like public procurement can drive innovation and sustainability.
