Anne Marie Baylouny is a Professor of National Security Affairs at the Naval Postgraduate School, specializing in Middle East politics, grassroots organizing, and refugee dynamics. She is an associated scholar with Stanford University’s Abbasi Program in Islamic Studies. Holding a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, her research focuses on the intersection of social mobilization, state-society relations, and refugee policy.
