Anne-Laure Delaunay is an Associate Professor at the Institut Mines-Télécom Business School, specializing in digital transformation and emerging technologies. As a member of the IS Lab IMT-BS, she teaches courses on change management, digital transformation, and Information Systems (BPM, ERP). Her research explores how middle managers adopt digital tools and the collaborative potential of these technologies.
