Anne Gerritsen is a Professor of History at the University of Warwick and holds a part-time Chair of Asian Art at Leiden University. She specializes in global history, material culture, and late imperial China, with a focus on intercultural exchange and local history. She is a Fellow of the British Academy and Academia Europaea, and her work bridges academic and public engagement.
