Anne Dutton is a Clinical Instructor of Social Work at Yale University, affiliated with the Yale School of Medicine and the Yale Stress Center. She serves as Director of Mindfulness Education at the Yale Stress Center and is a Certified MBSR Instructor. Her expertise spans mindfulness, meditation, psychotherapy, somatic therapy, and Buddhist studies.

Research & Practice Anne specializes in integrative psychotherapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), and yoga therapy. She is certified in mindfulness teaching (University of Massachusetts), yoga therapy (Yoga Alliance), and psychoanalytic psychology (Western New England Psychoanalytic Institute).
