Anne Dorthe

Anne Dorthe is a Lecturer at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) within the College of Management of Technology and the CDM-MTE department. She teaches the 'Practical Business Law' course as part of the EPFL Master's in Management, Technology and Entrepreneurship since the 2020/2021 academic year. Her expertise spans intellectual property, contract law, data protection (including GDPR compliance), and corporate law, with a focus on issues relevant to start-ups.

She serves on the Council of the Order (OAV) since 2025 and was part of the EPF Internal Appeals Commission (2022–2023) and OAV Disciplinary Commission (2023–2025).
