Dr Annabelle Boulay is a Senior Lecturer in Human Geography at the University of Winchester's Department of Social Sciences (Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences). Her work focuses on development geography, environmental issues, disaster management, and food/water security. She joined the university in 2023 and has led multi-disciplinary projects across Europe and Africa.
