Anna Zemskova is a postdoctoral fellow at the Faculty of Law, Lund University, specializing in EU constitutional law and the rule of law in emergency contexts. Her research examines legal emergency practices in Nordic countries during the COVID-19 pandemic and their applicability to future crises, alongside analyzing the rule of law in EU economic emergencies.
