Anna Qian, MD, is a Research Fellow in the Department of Internal Medicine at the Yale School of Medicine. She completed her MD at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons (2020) and a BSc at McGill University (2016). Currently, she is concluding her third year of residency and preparing to join the Nephrology Fellowship Program’s research track in 2023. Her research focuses on organ transplant resource allocation and risk management, particularly in kidney transplantation. Qian has been recognized with the 2023 Yale International Physician-Scientist Award, enabling her to pursue postdoctoral research as an international trainee.
