Ashwani Kumar is an Associate Research Scientist in Nephrology at Yale School of Medicine. He holds a PhD in Histopathology/Renal Pathology from Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, India. His research focuses on kidney diseases, genetic factors influencing transplant outcomes, and clinical pathology. Notable collaborations include work with Madhav Menon on LILRB3 genetic variation and kidney transplant failure.
