Dr. Anna Georgiades is a Lecturer in Early Intervention in Psychosis and Deputy Director of the MSc Early Intervention in Psychosis program at the Department of Psychosis Studies. She holds a specialist qualification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp) and works clinically at the Brent Early Intervention Service (CNWL). Her academic background includes a BSc, PhD (2010), and DClinPsy (2013).

Her research focuses on psychosocial interventions for psychosis, including social functioning improvement, cognitive biases in delusions, and cultural factors in psychosis. Notable projects include a feasibility study of a novel social stress intervention with Prof. Andrea Mechelli and a systematic review on spirituality's role in psychosis recovery.
Her recent articles analyze core beliefs in psychosis (2025), smartphone-based self-monitoring in FEP (2025), and transdiagnostic neurocognitive endophenotypes (2025). These studies emphasize clinical translation of findings into early intervention strategies.
Georgiades collaborates widely, including with teams at King's College London and international institutions. She co-leads the Social Mind Feasibility Study and contributes to the MSc program's psychosocial module development.
