Colleen Murphy, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Health Psychology at the Max Rady College of Medicine, University of Manitoba. As a registered clinical psychologist, she provides psychological services within Winnipeg's Early Psychosis Prevention and Intervention Service, specializing in severe psychiatric conditions.
Her educational background includes:

- Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology, University of Manitoba
- Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology, University of Manitoba
Dr. Murphy's research centers on developing and evaluating psychosocial interventions for psychosis and schizophrenia, with emphasis on cognitive remediation and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for psychosis (CBTp). She concurrently investigates information needs and mental health literacy in early psychosis populations to advance recovery-oriented care and early intervention frameworks.
