Anna Fermus-Bobowiec

Dr Anna Fermus-Bobowiec is an Assistant Professor at the Department of the History of State and Law within the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS) in Lublin, Poland. Specializing in legal history, her research focuses on civil legal institutions during the 19th-20th centuries, particularly Polish People's Republic housing law, public procurement, mortgage law, and territorial self-government systems. She has authored over 40 scholarly publications and participated in dozens of national and international conferences.
