Paweł Daszczuk

Paweł Daszczuk is an attorney and academic at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS), where he serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economic and Commercial Law under the Faculty of Law and Administration. He also collaborates with Akademia Handlowa Nauk Stosowanych in Radom, teaching postgraduate MBA students in commercial law. With a PhD in law (2019) and a postgraduate MBA (2021), his expertise spans commercial law, corporate transformations, and statutory representation of legal entities.
