Sarah Boulden

Sarah Boulden is a Partner and Denver Office Head at Silicon Legal Strategy, specializing in transactional legal matters for technology companies and venture capital investors. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, teaching Venture Law: Forming, Financing, and Selling a Startup, and acts as a Supervising Attorney and guest speaker at the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic at the University of Colorado Law School.
