Dr. Ann Sofie Cloots is an Affiliated Lecturer at the University of Cambridge's Faculty of Law and a member of Darwin College. Her academic trajectory includes a PhD from Cambridge (supervised by Prof. Simon Deakin), an LLM from Columbia Law School as a Harlan Fisk Stone Scholar, and a Master's from KULeuven. She previously served as the Slaughter & May Lecturer in Company Law (2019-2021) and practiced corporate/competition law at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and Skadden Arps in Brussels.
