Ankur Ahuja

Ankur Ahuja serves as Lecturer at University College Birmingham's College of Food, bringing nearly three decades of hospitality industry experience. Former Director of Rooms Operations at Marriott Hotels, he held senior management positions in 4- and 5-star hotels across UK and India.

Holds MA in Teaching and Learning (Distinction), PGCE in Teaching and Learning, Bachelor of Commerce, and Diploma in Hotel Management.

Research interests include revenue optimization strategies, operational efficiency in hospitality businesses, financial modeling, and technology-enhanced learning methodologies.

Teaches revenue, financial, and operations management modules across hospitality, tourism, events, and aviation programs at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
