Elisabeth Stratton

Elisabeth Stratton is a Lecturer at University College Birmingham's Department of Hospitality and Tourism. With extensive industry experience since age 16, she has worked as a Restaurant Manager for Conran and Marriott Hotels, Food and Beverage Manager at Malmaison, and served as Hotel/Area Manager in France. She holds a BSc Hons in International Hospitality Management from Oxford Brookes University and a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education.

Her teaching spans foundation, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels, covering subjects including Human Resources, Managing Event Hospitality, and Restaurant Practical Skills across both the College of Food and Business School.
