Prof. Dr. Anja Abendroth holds a Professorship for Social Structure Analysis at Universität Bielefeld's Faculty of Sociology. Her research examines work-life intersections, social inequalities, and the impact of digitalization on labor. She leads multiple funded projects including DFG-supported investigations into flexibility in digital work environments and BAuA-funded studies on changing work conditions.
