Anja Jørgensen is a Professor in Urban Sociology at Aalborg University's Department of Sociology and Social Work, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. She serves as Head of SocMap - Research Group in Sociological Mapping, pioneering a micro-area mapping tool combining flexible boundaries, sociological variables, and algorithmic learning to analyze territorial inequality and geosocial diversity.
