Mia Arp Fallov is a Professor at the Department of Sociology and Social Work, Aalborg University, within The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. Her research focuses on inequality, societal participation, and policies addressing social exclusion and cohesion across Europe. She investigates urban and regional policies, neighborhood regeneration, and the intersections of social work, urban sociology, and human geography. Fallov is affiliated with SCOPAS (Shaping Concepts, Practice and Advances in Social Work), FOSO Green Societies, MIX Center for Displacement, Migration and Integration, and the SSH Children and Youth Research Network.
