Anita Hwang, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology and Visual Science at Yale School of Medicine. She holds medical staff appointments at Yale-New Haven Hospital, Lawrence & Memorial Hospital, and VA Connecticut Healthcare. Her clinical practice focuses on corneal diseases, premium intraocular lenses, phakic IOLs, and innovative treatments like collagen cross-linking for keratoconus. She actively teaches ophthalmology residents at the VA Connecticut Healthcare System.
