Anita D. Bhappu is Associate Professor and Department Chair of Management of Complex Systems, as well as Associate Dean for Student Success in the School of Engineering at the University of California Merced. She conducts interdisciplinary research at the intersection of organizational behavior and information systems, focusing on how digital technologies shape collaborative work practices and employee engagement.
Her research interests include:

Anita D.
