Her doctoral research examines how organizational memory influences digital transformation efforts in the aerospace industry. She investigates dynamic capabilities required for successful digital transformation at both managerial and organizational levels, recognizing that digital transformation extends beyond technology to impact all organizational layers from leadership decisions to operational execution.
Her unique research perspective combines theoretical knowledge with practical aerospace industry experience. Ms. Varughese is affiliated with the Centre for Technological Futures research group at Lancaster University, which focuses on examining how emerging technologies transform business practices and societal structures. Her work aims to help organizations navigate digital complexities and foster innovation in rapidly changing technological environments.
