Anica Zeyn

Professor Anica Zeyn is a Professor in Entrepreneurship and Sustainability at Royal Holloway University of London's School of Business and Management, serving as Vice-Dean for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) since 2023. She holds a PhD from Leuphana University Lüneburg (Germany) and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Her work focuses on disability inclusion, entrepreneurship for disabled communities, and societal participation through qualitative methodologies like ethnography and co-produced research.

Her research explores disability in work, leisure, travel, and tourism, supported by grants including a British Academy-funded documentary. She co-founded the annual Spring Institute to advance disability research in business. Awards include the 2016 Excellence in Teaching Award and 2023 King’s Business School Impact Prize. She volunteers with Guide Dogs for the Blind UK and the Surrey Coalition of Disabled People.

Teaching focuses on social entrepreneurship and sustainability, emphasizing inclusive pedagogies. She serves on editorial boards for Journal of Business Ethics and Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, and organizes interdisciplinary collaborations globally.
