Pauline Reinecke

Pauline Reinecke is a Junior Professor at the Institute for Management & Organization (IMO) at Leuphana University Lüneburg, specializing in Strategic Entrepreneurship within the Department of Business Administration. Her role bridges Psychology and Organizational Research, focusing on the transformation of the world of work through innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital platforms.

Reinecke’s research interests include:

• Digital entrepreneurship and regional development
• Entrepreneurship psychology and behavioral aspects
