Angie Banks

Angie Banks is a Senior Lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University with a clinical background in acute and emergency care. She holds a Registered Nurse (RN) qualification, Registered Nurse Teacher (RNT) certification, Diploma in Professional Nursing Studies (DipPNS), Bachelor of Medical Science with Honours (BMedSci Hons), and Master of Arts in Education (MA Ed).

Her teaching focuses on:

• Acute and emergency care
• Practical clinical skills instruction
• Life support and resuscitation training

As Course Leader for the Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice, she oversees a program serving multi-professional advanced practitioners. Her teaching includes Level 7 modules in Minor Injury Management and Adult Intermediate Trauma, as well as contributions to Minor Illness Management and Advanced Physical Assessment modules.
