Dr. Angella Cooze is a Senior Lecturer in Education and Childhood Studies at Swansea University, within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. She transitioned from secondary school English teaching to teacher education in 2003, leading modules and programs such as the Secondary PGCE and MA (Ed.) literacy courses. Her research focuses on literacy in secondary education, disciplinary literacy, and evidence-based teacher development. She currently supervises PhD candidates exploring topics like teacher efficacy, inclusive education challenges, and systemic school change.
