Dr. Angela Spinney is an Adjunct Research Fellow at Swinburne University of Technology's Central School Office - HAD, specializing in housing policy, homelessness prevention, and domestic violence response. Her research focuses on marginalized populations, particularly women and children affected by domestic violence, and she has led international projects on homelessness prevention.
