Prof. André Verburg is a part-time Professor of Legal Protection against the Government at Utrecht University's School of Law, specifically within the Institute of Constitutional, Administrative Law and Legal Theory. He concurrently serves as a judge in the Administrative Jurisdiction Division of the Council of State. His primary affiliation is with Utrecht University, where he holds a dual role combining academic and judicial responsibilities.
