András Bragyova

András Bragyova is a Lecturer at the Department of Constitutional Law within the Faculty of Political Science and Law at the University of Miskolc. He has been teaching since 1984, served as acting head of the Department of International Law (1998/1999), and led the Department of Constitutional Law (2002–2005). He habilitated at the University of Miskolc in 2001 and earned the Doctor of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (DsC) title in 2003.

His research spans international law (environmental law, human rights, state immunity) and constitutional law (constitutional adjudication theory, legal systems, European Union legal issues). He is a founding member and head of the Deák Ferenc Doctoral School of Political Science and Law, which received the "Place of Excellence" and "Miskolc City Quality Award" under his leadership.

He has participated in international conferences, habilitation committees, and doctoral review panels. He is a member of organizations like the European Academy of Sciences and Arts and chairs the editorial board of the Miskolc Legal Review. His academic career includes visiting researcher positions at Albert Ludwig University (Freiburg) and Central European University.
