Andrew W Sykes

Andrew W Sykes is an Adjunct Lecturer of Entrepreneurship at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. With over 25 years of leadership and organizational performance experience, he consults for global companies and teaches in executive education and MBA programs. He is the founder of BRATLAB and Habits at Work, focusing on behavioral research and high-impact habit formation.

His work also touches on fundraising as a sales skill for nonprofit leaders and human transformation through structured experiences.

His recent work, The 11th Habit, delves into designing organizational culture to foster high-performance habits. His teaching spans topics like trust-building, sales, leadership, and entrepreneurship, often integrating performance poetry as a pedagogical tool.
