Michael Lindsey

Michael Lindsey is a part-time Adjunct Professor of Design Management at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), teaching master's students since 2017. He is also a Co-founder and Senior Partner of High Performance by Design, LLC, a management consulting firm focusing on transformative human resources, strategy deployment, and labor relations. Previously, he held senior roles in global human resources at The Kellogg Company (2012–2015) and The Procter & Gamble Company (1981–2012), leading teams across supply chains and corporate functions.
