Andrew T. Rose, PhD, is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Civil Engineering Department at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. He holds a BS from the University of Connecticut (1985), an MSCE from the same institution, and a PhD from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (1995). His work bridges civil engineering practice, education, and historical preservation.
