Andrew Russell

Professor Andrew Russell is a prominent academic in the Department of Politics at the University of Liverpool, where he served as Head of Department from 2017–2022. Currently on research leave until September 2023, he is finalizing two major works: a monograph co-authored with Andreja Zevnik on European Roma titled The Politics of Unbelonging and a book with David Cutts and Joshua Townsley on the Liberal Democrats titled From Hope to Despair to Where?.
