Andrew Poulos

Andrew Poulos serves as Associate Professor and Area Head in the Department of Psychology at the University at Albany, State University of New York, where he leads the Neural Systems of Emotion and Memory Lab from Life Sciences 1058.

His research identifies neural pathways governing adaptive and maladaptive fear behaviors through integrated neuroanatomical, developmental, molecular biological, and behavioral methodologies. Key investigations include:
