Andrew N. Smith is an Associate Professor of Marketing and Director of the Master of Science in Marketing Program at Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School. He holds a PhD from York University and degrees from Queen’s University. His research focuses on new media, consumer behavior, and marketing technology, addressing topics like online trust, influencer economics, and augmented reality. He has published in top journals like the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science and received awards including the Business Horizons Best Paper Award (2016). Dr. Smith teaches courses in marketing research, social media marketing, and qualitative methods, emphasizing experiential learning.
