Andrew M. Carton

Andrew M. Carton is an Associate Professor of Management at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. His research focuses on leadership, organizational behavior, and intergroup relations, particularly how leaders establish common purpose and manage conflict through psycholinguistic insights.
